We are happy to quote for your function, however, we are not certain of the government ongoing guidelines and as such we reserve the right to withdraw any quotations or availability.

 

COVID 19  PROTOCOLS

1: OUR HEADSETS, EQUIPMENT AND PLASTIC PACKING CASES ARE CLEANED BEFORE DELIVERING TO CLIENTS.

2: THE NUMBER OF HEADSETS ARE TO BE LIMITED TO THE PERMISSIBLE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED AT GATHERINGS IN LINE WITH THE UK GOVERNMENTS GUIDELINES IN-FORCE A THE TIME OF THE HIRE,

3: ITEMS HIRED WILL BE DELIVERED 24 HRS BEFORE THE FUNCTIONS START TIME.

4: INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EQUIPMENT WILL BE SENT BY EMAIL AS A PDF

 

5: THE EQUIPMENT WILL BE COLLECTED THE FOLLOWING DAY OF THE FUNCTION.

5a. THE CLIENT WHO HIRED THE EQUIPMENT IS RESPONSIBLE TO REPACK THE EQUIPMENT, NOTIFYING IF THERE ARE AN SHORTAGES BROUGHT ABOUT BY NON RETURNS OR DAMAGE BEFORE OUR ENGINEER LEAVES THE CLIENT'S PREMISES.

5b. THE EQUIPMENT WILL BE CHECKED 72HRS AFTER IT HAS BEEN COLLECTED. SHOULD THERE BE ANY SHORTAGES OR DMAGE THIS WILL BE ADVISED AND THE REPLACEMENT COSTS DEDUCTED FROM THE HOLDING DEPOSIT. OR AN INVOICE WILL BE SENT FOR IMMEDIATE  PAYMENT IF THE AMOUNT EXCEEDS THE HOLDING DEPOSIT.

6: PLAYLIST CAN BE COMPILED BUT ARE SUBJECT TO THE MEDIA USED BEING AN ADDITIONAL COST AS THESE WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE.

7: DELIVERY AD COLLECTION WILL BE AT PREARRANGED TIME SLOTS AND PPE WILL BE USED AND MASKS MUST BE WORN BY THE CLIENT WHEN OUR ENGINEER ARRIVES AT THE PREMISES.

8: ALL OR EXISTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN IN FORCE FOR ANY DRY HIRE/HIRE AND DELIVERY. PLEASE ENSURE THESE ARE READ BEFORE HIRING.
